Accounting Service Desk Rep
Minimum Requirements:
Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service and first level support within the established workflow and time standards. You will need to determine client needs, escalating requests as appropriate, maintaining a high level of proficiency in the applications and resources utilized by the team.
You will provide copies of invoices, supporting documentation, invoice and payment statuses, client refund detail, credit card payments, W-9 tracking and requests, wire instructions, account statements and other information as requested. We are continuously exploring opportunities to improvement our operation and you will be tasked with identifying and communicating opportunities for a more efficient and effective service.

- High school diploma
- 2 years' experience in a high volume, first level contact, customer support environment
- Experience working within a tracking system, creating call tickets and escalating support requests
- Must be proficient with service desk operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive in learning new software and accounting applications
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Excellent customer service skills
