DLA Piper's New York or Philadelphia office is seeking an Associate to join its Corporate Group. All candidates should have a minimum of two years of general corporate experience, although senior associates will be considered as well.  Experience in fintech and financial institution matters is ideal but not required. The position will primarily be focused on financial institution transactional work, including M&A, venture capital, capital markets, structured finance and securities offerings. All applicants must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. Large-law firm experience is preferred. Applicants should have a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools and must be licensed to practice in New York (if applying for the NYO opening and/or Pennsylvania if applying for the PHI Office opening).
