Job Description Summary 

DLA Piper is seeking an Attorney to join its Litigation group in either the Philadelphia or Short Hills office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts and excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred. Candidates licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey are encouraged to apply.

This is a non-partnership track position.
