Business Development Coordinator
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments
- Excellent attention to detail and advanced analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Resourcefulness and responsiveness
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar workflow management tools
- Experience with Interaction or other CRM tools
- Excellent research skills
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
What will your day look like?
In this fast-paced role, you will provide research, analysis, and strategic support to the firm’s business development team in pursuit of their monthly objectives and business goals. This includes planning, organizing, and tracking business development related events, serving as a team resource for Salesforce.com projects and queries, and providing ad hoc research in support of leads and opportunities. You will communicate professionally with a team of Client Development Executives, Directors, and managers to ensure that they have the relevant, accurate, and timely information they need to be successful.
