Client Account Billing Specialist

What will your day look like?
- High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in billing or accounting
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Some college coursework in finance or related field
- Billing experience in a law firm environment
- Experience using Elite accounting software
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Good organizational skills
Your responsibilities include reviewing, proofreading billing drafts on a monthly basis and submitting to attorneys for review and approval. Research and reconcile unapplied payments and/or missing entries, and file invoices electronically as necessary. You will process matter maintenance requests such as address changes, discount requests etc. You will generate and distribute reports and maintain accurate records, and file client information on a consistent basis
