Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 3 years experience in a professional services firm, digital shared services role, B2B marketing agency, or equivalent
  • Experience using Vuture email marketing platform and InterAction CRM system
  • Basic HTML coding and Photoshop skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Possesses hands-on digital marketing skills including website publishing, social media publishing, email marketing, database management, analytics reporting, and ongoing process improvement
  • Must be a highly organized self-starter
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues within various practices, sectors, marketing, business development, administrative and executive teams
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and collaborate online
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior law firm experience 
  • Experience with Google Analytics or a similar platform
  • Experience using SiteCore
  • Experience working within a social media marketing platform

 

What will your day look like?
You will serve as a key contributor within the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence, working closely with internal stakeholders to support various digital marketing delivery activities throughout the Americas. You will be responsible for publishing web pages on the firm website and microsites using the content management system as well as building new web pages. You will manage online marketing campaigns, email lists, and install best practices within the firm CRM system. You will have the opportunity to create and publish social media posts natively or by using the Firm’s social media marketing platform. You are responsible for performing QA on all new or updated web pages, email messages, and/or event sites to ensure all digital content adheres to Firm digital, brand, and accessibility standards. You will pull basic data reports in Google Analytics and provide ad-hoc project assistance to the marketing leadership team.
