What will your day look like?
As the firm’s Director or Enterprise Architecture, you will construct a holistic view and long-term roadmap for all IT systems architecture that aligns with the firm’s strategic goals and objectives. You will seamlessly integrate business and service strategy into the roadmap, partnering with subject-matter experts and international peers to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions. You will work closely alongside IT teams to provide a consensus base, scalable, and adaptable architectural solution. You will develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework is applied company-wide, promoting the use of a shared infrastructure and roadmap application.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in Enterprise Architecture with at least 3 years of management responsibility
- Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex infrastructure solutions (ex. VMWare, Citrix)
- Experience building enterprise architecture roadmaps
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to “think big” and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity
- Willingness to take principled bets on new and innovative technology
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to build consensus among stakeholders
