Minimum Requirements:
What will your day look like?
You will lead and manage a number of cross functional initiatives with an emphasis on operational excellence. In partnership with other departments and practice groups, you will be instrumental in executing the business strategy to align processes, create standard operational procedures and streamline systems to allow for continued growth and success.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- 10 years experience in business operations, strategic planning or project management
- Experience working cross-functionally and have a solid understanding of strategic and operational planning
- Experience successfully implementing firm-wide projects and initiatives
What will your day look like?

You will track and analyze data to determine the impact of initiatives. This will include identifying operational risks, prioritizing efforts and implementing changes to drive efficiencies.
