Financial Analyst
Minimum Requirements:
- High School or GED
- 3 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Experience with statistical analysis and statistical processes
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
- Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Must have an advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to work with a variety of financial data
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
What will your day look like?
As a Financial Analyst, you will consolidate and analyze statistical and financial data (budgets, revenue, income statement, demand for services, etc.) taking into account the company’s goals and financial standing. You will develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis. You’ll assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks. You will also conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models. You will assist with the preparation of the operating budget (revenue and expense components) and support operational leaders in tracking their financial performance.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
