Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
3 years’ experience in managing budgets and/or expenses in a law firm or professional services environment
Proficient in summarizing and charting large data sets
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and numerical data
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with Elite Enterprise and/or business process management software
Advanced MS Word & Excel experience, including vlookup and PivotTable functions
Proficient in accounting and eBilling systems such as ARCS, Elite Enterprise, Metastorm, Elite Business Intelligence, Tymetrix, and Serengeti

What will your day look like?
You will establish professional, working relationships with several internal and international counterparts to resolve complex billing issues. You will collaborate with your international counterparts regarding billing and accounting matters such as budgeting, invoicing, accruals, and forecasting.
