HR Coordinator
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of administrative and database experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in HR systems
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written, oral communication skills
What will your day look like?
You will be the primary point of contact for the HR team, responsible for full cycle management of data. Your daily tasks will include data entry, report generation, distribution of employee status notifications, and supporting the coordination of benefits. Project work will include supporting the HRMS team with benefits administration processes and data management for annual HR related activities such as open enrollment.
