What will your day look like?
- High school diploma
- Enrolled in a degree program focused on Business, Human Resources or related field
Preferred Requirements:
- A desire to pursue a career in HR or other related field
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Previous office or internship experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with attorneys, staff, clients and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and meet deadlines
What will your day look like?
In this exciting
opportunity, some of your responsibilities will include drafting, editing and
proof reading documents, maintaining spreadsheets, researching, gathering and
analyzing data for reporting purposes. You will assist with various HR projects,
file maintenance and record keeping. A great deal of your time will be focused
around new hire preparation – materials, forms, PowerPoints and orientation
schedules, onboarding employees, departing employees and employee transfers. You
may also participate in meetings to gain an understanding of department/practice
group objectives and recent activities.
