What will your day look like?
In this exciting opportunity, you will assist with various Legal Recruiting, and HR projects. Some of your responsibilities will include performing administrative duties such as creating and editing documents, maintaining spreadsheets and analyzing basic data. This will include collating documents, brochures, or other materials, and preparing basic correspondence. You will research information, gather data, prepare basic reports and access the document management system to update and/or create new documents as needed.
A great deal of your time will be focused around recruiting and new hire preparation – materials, forms, onboarding employees, departing employees and employee transfers. You may also participate in meetings to gain an understanding of department/practice group objectives and recent activities.

- High school diploma
- Must have an interest in gaining practical work experience
- Good technical skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good attention-to-detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Previous office or internship experience
