Job Requirements:

• JD Required

• Excellent organizational, priority management, multi-tasking and planning skills

• Exceptional oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in providing legal advice in the areas of Customs and tariff laws, including import compliance, drawback, special tariff preferences and free trade agreements. Experience in handling specific import matters from United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) such as responding to official inquiries regarding specific customs entries, regulatory audits and enforcement activities under laws such as 19 U.S.C. §1592 (including prior disclosures), is a must.
