The Palo Alto office of DLA Piper is seeking two junior patent litigation associates to join its Intellectual Property & Technology Group, Patent Litigation Subgroup.  The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of law firm or in-house patent litigation experience.  Computer science, computer engineering, and/or electrical engineering background is required.  Prior industry experience is preferred but not required.

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.  The ability to multi-task and prioritize is also required.  We prefer candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools.  Admission to the California Bar is preferred, but not required.
