DLA Piper is seeking a law student to join its Private Equity Group in Chicago as a part-tiem law clerk. The ideal candidate for this position will have an interest in transactions.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and who is highly motivated. Candidates must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. We prefer candidates with big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and strong academic background from nationally recognized law schools. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of matters for a variety of clients with a Chambers-rated and growing practice across industries.
