Legal Billing Ops Analyst (Hybrid Remote Work)

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in preferably Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Business Process Management from an accredited institution
- 3 years of Ebilling, Billing, Business analysis or IT project management experience preferably in a law firm environment
- BillBlast or EbillingHub experience
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to interact with various colleagues and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in summarizing and communicating project scope and execution
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel, including use of vlookup and PivotTable functions
- Organized self-starter with the ability to handle a large number of projects at one time and meet multiple concurrent deadlines
What will your day look like?
You will interact with business stakeholders to understand their business problems and define solution requirements. You will perform all aspects of Ebilling with in-depth knowledge of industry best practices, supporting daily operations and functions. You will analyze business processes and supporting systems, develop business cases, build metrics, and perform reporting.
Additionally, you will document and communicate functional and system requirements, build process-flow diagrams, support project management, and reporting efforts. You will Liaise with project participants and follow up routinely to ensure effective communication and completion of tasks. You will interface with IT and various departments to support the execution of cross-functional project requirements and perform system testing and requirements validation.
