What will your day look like?
Your typical day will consist of coordinating projects, events, firm meetings and other initiatives. You will also answer/forward inbound calls and take detailed messages.
You will be responsible for maintaining various calendars while setting up meetings and appointments as needed. You will also schedule conference rooms, hospitality services, videoconferencing equipment, and confirm arrangements.
In addition, you will arrange attorney travel and review receipts for reimbursement as well as credit charge reconciliation.
In this role you will type, proofread, and edit various documents while also maintaining department files to include both hard and electronic copies. You may be required to index and close files as necessary.

- High school diploma
- 2 years’ administrative and clerical experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Strong client service skills
