What will your day look like?
As a Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be an essential member of a small national recruiting team, supporting the growth of a designated practice group across all levels of lawyer hiring. You will assist and coordinate activities related to the full life cycle of a lateral candidate, including creating job requisitions and postings, maintaining candidate files in the applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules, compiling candidate feedback, and preparing standard offer letters. Under the supervision of Talent Acquisition Managers, you will communicate directly with search firm agencies, associate, and partner candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

In your role as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, in addition to maintaining a high volume of interviews, you will manage the conflicts and background checks, as well as collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Managers on special projects including but not limited to market intel.

During the summer months, in addition to your lateral recruiting responsibilities, you will team with your respective practice group in preparing for summer associate reviews (e.g. collecting and compiling evaluations), planning the practice group summer associate summit, and handling additional ad hoc administrative requests.  Please note, that this is a remote position and does not require the hosting of in-person summer events or greeting of candidates; however, the ideal candidate will be flexible and available to work extended hours when necessary.
