Minimum Requirements: 
  • High school diploma 
  • 2 years clerical experience in a law firm or professional service environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Intermediate MS Word skills 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good organization and strong attention to detail 
Preferred Requirements: 

  • College degree 
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services organization 
  • Experience working in a Litigation and/or Corporate law department

What will your day look like?
Your responsibilities will include a broad range of administrative tasks to include document maintenance, production and editing, proofreading. You will be responsible for using appropriate firm resources in delegating, tracking and following up on numerous administrative tasks and seeing projects through to a successful completion.
