Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field 
  • 2 years’ experience in litigation technology support 
  • Proficient in the installation, configuration and maintenance of applications (i.e., Relativity, Concordance, TextMap)
  • Knowledge of electronic evidence, large-scale processing, document repositories, electronic filing and extranet technologies 

Preferred Requirements:
  • Project management skills to manage a variety of complex projects with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with varying levels of employees, attorneys and vendors with a focus towards customer satisfaction
  • Working knowledge of the entire litigation support process to include database searching, reporting, scanning and coding procedures, electronic discovery management, document production and trial support
  • Analytical and problem solving skills to resolve complex issues 

What will your day look like?
You will assist in managing cases/projects at various levels and stages of the litigation process, and supporting attorneys in trial preparation, and the set-up and use of electronic equipment in the courtroom. This will include regularly consulting and coordinating with attorneys, the litigation support team, staff and vendors in assessing case needs and project requirements, proposing effective technology solutions, processing large volumes of documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and monitoring projects to ensure the quality of the work, output and that the project is meeting all deadlines.
