Manager - IT Managed Services

What will your day look like?
The Manger of IT Managed Services directs, manages, and implements business plans. You will define the strategic long-term roadmap and ensure that all services provided meet performance criteria based on IT metrics. You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on the IT budget, working closely alongside our accounting team to finalize budgets and resolve discrepancies. You will lead efforts in vendor evaluation and selection criteria, procedures and best practices. This entails conducting competitive analyses on vendor agreements to ensure the firm is receiving the best product that works within the IT budget. You will be responsible for ensuring that new and renewed vendor agreements (SOWs) are executed in a timely manner, adhering to SLAs and performance obligations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10 years’ experience with IT managed services
- Experience working directly with service providers and tracking performance against metrics
- Experience managing various budgets, projecting costs, and tracking expenses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to summarize and present findings and challenges to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner
