Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Training or similar field
- 5 years’ experience in Professional Development and/or Organizational Development
- 2 years’ experience in a project lead or supervisory capacity
- Experience in program management and use of program management tools
- Ability to implement talent development programs and activities
- Ability to analyze training needs to implement strategies and programs
- Working knowledge of MCLE
- Strong supervisory skills and the ability to work with limited direction
- Ability to consistently produce precise and accurate work and consistently meet deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to work additional hours and travel as needed

What will your day look like?
As the Manager of Talent Development, you will develop and organize substantive legal skills programs for associates. You will oversee Talent Development in-person conservatories, including content supervision, logistics and communications. For each learning event, you will ensure excellent content delivery and provide post-program analysis of content reception and recommendations for improvement. You will assist in identifying facilitators and assist internal and external trainers in the development of curricula and materials. You will also engage with training partners to organize annual curricula and provide quarterly engagement reports across all practice groups.
You will also oversee the issuance of CLE credit and compliance related issues, working with the dedicated CLE Specialist.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
The expected annual pay range for this position, if hired to work in Los Angeles, San Diego or Seattle is $121,732 - $181,082 per year. If hired to work in New York the expected annual pay range is $127,265 - $189,313 per year. If hired to work in Palo Alto, or San Francisco the expected annual pay range is $132,799 - $197,544 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
