Minimum Requirements: 

  • High school diploma 
  • 2 years’ administrative experience, including experience with professional client service in an office environment 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite 
  • Proven ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills  
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, editing, and proofreading capabilities 
  • Good communication and customer service skills to interact with the firm’s lawyers, Marketing & Business Development teams and other staff on a regular basis 
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate various operational tasks 
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities 
  • High energy and an appropriate sense of urgency 
  • Strong focus on high quality product production and service delivery   


Preferred Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business or Marketing 
  • Law firm experience


What will your day look like? 
As a Marketing & BD Content Coordinator, you will respond to requests for firm introductory materials for business development purposes, leveraging standard firm content and the automated pitch and proposal generation tool. You will assist with drafting, editing, formatting, and reviewing various marketing and business development PowerPoint decks. You will prepare visual design and graphics to be used to enhance a presentation’s overall appearance while applying the firm’s brand and visual guidelines. You will also combine writing and design skills to tell stories in a compelling way to meet evolving preferences for how readers consume B2B information for business development purposes. 

You will also provide administrative support for content systems (SharePoint) to maintain content and ensure it is kept up to date and is consistent and utilize pitch and proposal generation tools (Qorus).  You will comfortably apply the firm’s brand playbook, style, and voice and visual guidelines when creating deliverables and develop and maintain pitch and proposal templates to facilitate automated document creation. You will support the development and maintenance of marketing and business development content, including introductory material overviews (in Word and PPT), pitch and proposal content, and slip sheets. You will proactively identify process improvement opportunities that lessen processing time, increase customer experience, and elevate the level of service provided to the firm and provide support for additional Marketing related projects, as needed.
