What will your day look like?
As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will collaborate with firm lawyers and other marketing team members to support select marketing, pitch and business development activities nationwide. The scope of your support will include developing, editing and troubleshooting surveys, via SurveyMonkey. You will analyze data gathered from internal publications, marketing surveys and the firm’s database to understand user intent and measure outcomes for ongoing optimization. Additionally, you will provide quality assurance by regularly auditing and updating HTML formatting, PowerPoint and Word files, and department content on the firm’s intranet.

- High school diploma
- 3 years’ experience in a professional services environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong communication skills as well as strong writing, proofreading and editing skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize changing demands and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or English
- Prior law firm experience
- Basic HTML skills
- Prior data analysis, client service, and project management skills
