What will your day look like?
A typical day will consist of coordinating activities of staff, convention personnel, or clients and making arrangements for group meetings, events, or conventions. This includes arranging and conducting client-facing webinars, coordinating with various teams to research venues and vendors, and produce materials (ex. attendee check-in sheets) for events.
You will also assist with on-site event logistics, expense recording and the preparation/maintenance of documents and spreadsheets.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years' experience or training in meeting planning
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Flexibility for limited travel
Preferred Requirements
- Prior law firm experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Experience with WebEx
- Experience with InterAction database and Cvent software
