Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing communications, business or related field
  • 6 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development in a professional services environment
  • Experience in and an understanding of global business environments and market dynamics with the ability to analyze data and use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations
  • Self-starter, innovator and leader with accomplished critical thinking skills and a thorough understanding of the value proposition of the firm
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills, as well as strong writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships globally
  • Experience and ability to plan strategically, execute tactically and have a client service focus
  • Proficiency with MS Office products to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


What will your day look like? 
As a Marketing Manager-Business and Commercial Litigation, you will leverage marketing collateral and business development content to ensure internal awareness of the firm’s practice capabilities across various regions. You will execute strategic marketing plans that deliver results that support brand strategy and focus on integration across the Americas. You will also manage client-centric and data-driven, integrated marketing and business development campaigns that deliver results against strategic priorities. You must understand key business issues our clients are facing, market dynamics, and competitive strategies to improve the development of messaging and go-to-market strategies. You will develop marketing collateral and business development content, leveraging a strong knowledge of practice capabilities and the region’s value proposition particularly in connection to pitches and client meetings. 


Additionally, you will manage submissions for awards and directories that reflects the region’s practice-specific capabilities and successes on behalf of clients along with collaborating with and supporting US and Latin America leadership, alongside US and LatAm marketers. You will assist with planning internal and external events. You will collaborate with office manager, office leadership and Managing Partners. You will also measure and track results of marketing programs and report on ROI along with other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements 
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. 


The expected annual pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is $127,265- $189,313 per year. If hired to work in San Francisco or Palo Alto the expected annual pay range is $132,799- $197,544 per year. If hired to work in Los Angeles, San Diego, or Seattle, the expected annual pay range is $121,732- $181,082 per year The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
