This position is located in our San Diego office and offers a hybrid work schedule.   

Minimum Requirements: 

  • High School or GED
  • 3 years’ experience in general office or operations/facilities 
  • Good communication skills to interact with staff and attorneys on a regular basis
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate-level Excel and Word skills


Preferred Requirements: 

  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services firm


What will your day look like? 
As an Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate the day-to-day service and repair requests with internal facilities staff, landlord, and external vendors to maintain the functionality of the office and its furniture and fixtures. You will maintain the office security system, coordinate with the landlord and landlord’s security staff on office security cards, and issue building passes to remove packages and boxes. You will also lead, recruit, train, and maintain Safety and Evacuation teams, including planned fire drills and coordination with the landlord. You will also prepare and coordinate Operations communications with office staff and sub-tenants.


Additionally, you may conduct all or part of the Operations portion of the new hire orientation. You will process and GL code all invoices for operations for the Operations Manager/Supervisor signature. You will also review all “unidentified mail” to allocate to the appropriate recipient. You will assist with ordering office supplies, including toner and printed stationery. You may also assist with stocking visitor offices and conference rooms with supplies.

General & Essential Job Expectations

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements 
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. 


The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in San Diego the expected pay range is $33.42 - $48.46 per hour. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
