What will your day look like?
Your responsibilities will include assisting attorneys with preparing necessary documents for witness interviews, depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitration. You will create and maintain production and privilege logs. You will also be responsible for locating and reviewing information applicable to a particular case, person, or subject through online research or document reviews.
You will manage large volumes of documents and data, and work on various cases, review, organize and maintain document databases for discovery, document production, and attorney review. You will assist attorneys in preparation of pleadings/motions and coordinate service of process.

- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
- 3 years' experience as a litigation paralegal in a legal department or law firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with litigation technology such as Relativity, CaseMap, TextMap, and Sanction
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in a large law firm or professional services organization
- Experience using Pacer and Courtlink
- Experience with cite-checking and using the Blue Book
- Experience with Westlaw, Lexis / Nexis, and Bloomberg
- Experience preparing for depositions, witness interviews, arbitrations, mediations, and trial
