Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' reception/switchboard experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage a large volume of calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

What will your day look like?

As the receptionist you will be the first impression clients, vendors and other visitors have of the firm. You will be responsible for greeting clients, vendors and visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties or destination. You will schedule telepresence meetings, conference rooms and visiting offices, record incoming deliveries and arrange delivery with secretary/attorney for catering orders for meetings, prepare check requests for general office invoices, and arrange ground transportation for attorneys and/or clients.
