Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma
  • 2 years’ recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience working in ATS systems (i.e, Taleo) 

Preferred Requirements:
  • College degree
  • Recruiting experience in a law firm
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activities including: sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and closing candidates. In collaboration with managers, you will be responsible for developing strategies around candidate pipeline creation, sourcing candidates with the skills and competencies needed to be successful, assess candidate fit, and presenting candidates to managers. During searches, you will collaborate with managers, keep them informed and ensure their satisfaction. You will also collaborate with human resources to coordinate new hire events and solve recruiting issues.
