Recruiting Coordinator

What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling all candidate interviews across our US offices which is approximately 1,000 interviews annually. You will also provide administrative support to the recruiting department by assisting in various aspects of the recruiting process. Your tasks will include functions such as screening of resumes for candidates throughout the US, follow up emails/calls to candidates, and assisting with other administrative tasks for the department. You will partner closely with the recruiters to ensure that open positions are posted on both internal and external career sites.
This role will require you to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive material, assume responsibility for record keeping of all recruiting related materials, and be able to prioritize and manage multiple critical functions in a fast-paced environment, all while demonstrating and maintaining professionalism, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment.

- High School Diploma
- 2 years’ administrative experience in HR and/or high-volume recruiting department
- Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and history of effective work relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates
- Ability to work both collaboratively with team members as well as autonomously on projects and tasks
