Restructuring Associate

Job requirements:

• Strong academic background
• 4+ years of law firm restructuring or bankruptcy court clerk experience
• Experience representing and advising companies experiencing financial difficulties; lenders and creditors in complex business reorganizations, debt restructuring and financial matters
• Ideally debtor-side experience is a plus
