Senior Accountant/Senior Financial Analyst

What will your day look like?
You will work with a talented group of Accounting Specialists, aiding the firm in making well informed decisions by performing research and analyzing complex financial information, writing reports, and monitoring financial movements.
You will also track and analyze financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, interpretation of data, explaining variances in data, preparing compensation budgets, maintaining nonresident tax schedules, and preparing year-end audit and tax schedules. In addition, you will assist with monthly closing processes by preparing journal entries, as well as providing data to partners to assist in personal financial planning.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8 years’ experience providing accounting and financial analysis expertise
- Demonstrated experience with complex accounting issues such as cash basis versus accrual basis accounting, partnership versus corporate accounting, and tax issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced data analysis technique and analytical skills
- Experience working with a large variety of financial data
