What will your day look like?
You will assist the Director of Credit & Collections in executing an improved Collections Strategy, which will encompass improving AR days throughout the year, minimizing write offs, and improving the efficiency of working practices across the collections team. You will be responsible for better utilizing collections data in order to support team objectives, while working closely with Intelliteach to improve performance.
Additionally, you will provide first line management of the escalations process, ensuring that all bills requiring attention are addressed and resolved. You will directly manage a multitude of tasks—including the payment of international bills, the collection efforts for greater than 360 day bills through the utilization of external agencies and junior resources, material reduction of the number of accounts not centrally handled, and providing backup for collectors as needed.

- College degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 years’ of relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment
- 5 years’ collections experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work collaboratively with a multitude of diverse professionals
- Excellent attention to detail and advanced analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with Elite Business Systems and ARCS
