Minimum Requirements:  

  • High School or GED 
  • 3 years’ experience in a professional services firm, digital shared services role, B2B marketing agency, or equivalent  
  • Highly organized, self-starter 
  • Hands-on digital marketing skills including, website publishing, social media publishing, analytics reporting, and ongoing process improvement 
  • Basic HTML coding and Photoshop skills 
  • Experience using a content management system (Sitecore) 
  • Experience working within a social media marketing platform  
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and collaborate online 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, or similar.  
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar 


Preferred Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field 
  • Previous law firm experience 
  • Experience with content management systems like Sitecore and dashboards for publishing to firm social channels like Sprinklr  
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar 
  • Experience with any ABM platform is a plus 


What will your day look like?  
As a Sr Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be a digital marketing point of contact for our internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with colleagues within various practices, sectors, marketing, business development, administrative and executive teams to help achieve business objectives.  You will edit/update and publish webpages on the firm website and microsites using the content management system. You will also build and publish new web pages using established templates and components within the content management system. You will promote our digital content on firm’s social channels. You will perform QA on all new or updated web pages, social media messages, and microsites to ensure all digital content adheres to the Firm's digital, brand, and accessibility standards. You will resize or crop digital images using Photoshop. You will review QA reports in Site Improve to ensure website content quality. You will also make basic enhancements to help fine-tune site search relevance on the website using Coveo. 


Additionally, you will construct and publish social media posts by using the Firm’s social media marketing platform, following best practices and standards. You will publish firm content within our Advocacy employee advocacy tool. Pull basic data reports in Google Analytics.  You will generate email marketing lists using the Firm's CRM system, following best practices and standards. You may build and disseminate email marketing messages (and campaigns) using established templates within the email marketing platform. 


In this role, you will track all assigned projects and tasks within the Marketing Central tracking system and proactively share progress updates with stakeholders. You will develop, maintain, and optimize documentation (workflows, processes, procedures, etc.). You will also utilize Firm collaboration platforms to collaborate with relevant colleagues and stakeholders.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements  
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
