DLA Piper's Diversity and Inclusion Team leads the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives across the firm and ensures that all initiatives align with the firm's business strategy.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3 years’ experience working with large volumes of data and reports in a large corporate or legal environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel 
  • Experience compiling, reviewing, and reporting data to national surveys 
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills
  • Detail-orientated
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment 

What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for coordinating and gathering quantitative data in order to complete survey requests from clients, legal organizations, firm attorneys, and managers. You will also coordinate and manage the firm’s diversity pipeline programs, as well as the firm’s participation in national and regional diversity conferences, dinners, and other related events. You will collaborate with the Diversity & Inclusion Director to facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives firm wide.
