Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 8 years of experience providing executive level support to C-Suite leadership
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Superior communication skills
  • Strong administrative, planning and organizational experience
  • Ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines, multi-task and work with leaders in different time zones
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in a variety of situations
  • Must have respect for confidentiality and discretion to properly handle sensitive information
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must have strong negotiation skills and ability to use discretion and independent judgement when acting on behalf of the firm in matters of significance

 

Preferred Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Management

 

What will your day look like?
Responsibilities include providing executive and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Global Board, Executive/Policy Committees and Senior Leadership. You will plan the annual calendar, prepare agendas, record minutes and collaborate with others on implementation of plans and objectives established by senior leadership. Additionally, providing administrative support to the COO in coordinating, scheduling and booking travel arrangements, keeping calendars up-to-date, monitor and respond to emails, and prepare reports and presentations as needed.

You will plan firmwide meetings and seminars to include Partner Retreats, Global Board and Partnership meetings or other occasions of similar size and scope. You will also participate in staff and committee meetings including, preparing meeting agendas, coordinating presenters, review meeting materials for accuracy and completeness.

Equally important you will be the contact for partners on meeting capital requirements, working closely with the banks on required documentation as part of the loan process and maintaining current information on the intranet. You will prepare income verification letters for partners, coordinate signatures on loan documents, etc.
