Sr Financial Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years’ experience as a financial analyst or similar position
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and financial software applications
• Advanced data analysis techniques and analytical skills required to work with a variety of financial data

Preferred Requirements:

• Licensed CPA
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and diplomacy
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Experience working in a blue chip organization 

What will your day look like?
Your typical day will be spent working with senior leaders of the accounting department and providing direct support to the Chief Financial Officer. This position is responsible for performing research and analyzing complex financial information to help the firm make well informed decisions, writing reports and monitoring financial movements. Duties will include tracking and analyzing financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting on the firm’s international entities, M&A analysis, lateral hiring analysis, cash conversion, and profitability analysis.
