Minimum Requirements:
  • 4-6 years’ experience with litigation support technology applications like Relativity, Law, CaseMap, Textmap, Trial Director and Sanction or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience with managing and consulting teams on electronic evidence collections, performing large-scale processing, creating and maintaining document review platforms, managing large scale reviews and productions.


Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills to manage a variety of complex projects with tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to succeed in coordinating tasks with others in the department and with vendors.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, technical writing and interpersonal skills; strong service orientation and ability to develop effective working relationships with others, including legal teams and vendors, and mentees.
  • Strong working knowledge of the entire litigation support process to include database searching and reporting, scanning and coding procedures, electronic discovery management, document production and trail support
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required to resolve complex issues using technology 
  • Ability to work under pressure and to propose solutions; a self-starter with minimal supervision required; Proven ability to learn and adjust to new software without formal training.
  • Willingness to work additional hours and help others with deadline intensive projects; timely and regular attendance is required.
  • Prior trial experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field


What will your day look like?
You will assist in managing cases/projects at various levels and stages of the litigation process, and supporting attorneys in trial preparation, and the set-up and use of electronic equipment in the courtroom. This will include regularly consulting and coordinating with attorneys, the litigation support team, staff and vendors in assessing case needs and project requirements, proposing effective technology solutions, processing large volumes of documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and monitoring projects to ensure the quality of the work, output and that the project is meeting all deadlines.
