Sr Manager - Litigation Support
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Equivalent combination of education/experience may be substituted for degree requirement
- 5 years of experience in litigation support
- Strong project management experience with working knowledge of litigation support applications
- Must have a strong understanding of the entire litigation support process
What will your day look like?
You will provide daily supervision and guidance to the Litigation Support staff. You will evaluate the progress of ongoing projects, and schedule and assign new projects. In addition you will prepare and publish periodic newsletters regarding software tips and tricks, vendor profiles, team member profiles, etc. In this role you will interact with staff and attorneys on a regular basis to understand and provide resolutions to their litigation support needs. You will interact with paralegals and attorneys to assess specific project needs and best practices to employ to meet those needs. In addition you will provide hands – on and presentation training to staff on all relevant litigation practice support services and software solutions.
You will also assist litigation staff with electronic data management, file formatting, electronic discovery, document indexing, and conduct factual research and analyzes document data structures for import, export and formatting.
