Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or related field
  • 5 years’ marketing/business development experience in a professional services environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • High-energy individual with a focus on quality product production and service delivery
  • Self-starter with critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Client-service oriented
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
  • Ability to generate immediate credibility with firm lawyers
  • Works well in a team environment where most interaction is "virtual"


Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous law firm or professional services experience


What will your day look like?
Working closely with Marketing leadership, the Sr. Marketing Coordinator will be primarily responsible for supporting a broad range of marketing activities for the firm’s disputes vertical.  You will provide project management support to the practices, including driving practice reporting and the analysis of the verticals’ marketing initiatives, with special consideration for strategically important clients. You will centralize critically important operational activities, including improving client mailing lists; maintaining practice collateral; leveraging the firm’s experience database, and drafting compelling submissions to legal directories. As needed, you will also support various other marketing activities.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements 
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. 


The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in Los Angeles, San Diego, or Seattle is $36.76 - $53.30 per hour. The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is $38.43 - $55.73 per hour. The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in Palo Alto or San Francisco is $40.10 - $58.15 per hour.  Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
