Sr Marketing Manager - Regulatory and Government Affairs

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in marketing communications, business or related field
- Eight years of experience in marketing/business development in a professional services environment
- Proficiency with MS Office products to include Word/Excel/Power Point
- Experience and ability to plan strategically, execute tactically and have a client service focus
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations
- Self-starter and leader with accomplished critical thinking skills and a thorough understanding of the value proposition
- Excellent communication and data analysis skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Graduate degree or a JD
- Prior experience practicing law in a large law firm
- Experience working with the life sciences, regulatory, government affairs or litigation groups within a law firm
What will your day look like?
As a Sr Marketing Manager supporting our Regulatory practice group, you will identify, drive, and oversee new business development opportunities and marketing initiatives to achieve the revenue growth objectives of the firm. Specifically, you will work with lawyers across our healthcare, life sciences and FDA policy and regulatory groups to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy for these distinct offerings.
You will develop strategies for practice group growth and expansion of new and existing client relationships. You will mentor and provide professional guidance and direction to junior team members on a regular basis and work with our centralized marketing support teams to create impactful digital campaigns, proactively support media relations and PR pitches, craft multichannel content assets and more.
You will ensure global and national marketing initiatives are being executed with strategic cooperation of your sub-practice groups. You will work with the events team to manage practice events, sponsorship activities, advertisements, speaking engagements and similar activities. You will also assist in targeting and reporting on client-centric activity and impact.

In accordance with New York City, California, and Washington's Pay Transparency Law, pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, California, or Washington is $120,000 - $180,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
