What will your day look like?
You will lead the strategic planning efforts for all firm-wide benefit programs. Recommend new or enhances current programs based on Firm objectives, philosophy and external market best practices. Ensuring programs are competitive with the external market and internally equitable.
You will act as business partner with internal clients by providing consultative expertise in addressing benefit issues and questions. Develop and communicate benefit analysis data to HR Generalists.
You will also participate in a variety of benefit surveys to collect and analyze information to determine competitive position. Research relevant data, sources, and surveys to support competitive programs. Maintain network of sources to call upon to address issues, make comparisons, etc.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- 7 years’ experience in benefits to include plan design and benefits administration
- Experience working with health and welfare vendors and consultants
- Experience managing and administering both defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans
- Proven knowledge and experience working with w ERISA and IRS regulations
