Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate 
  • 8 years as a corporate & securities paralegal 
  • Private company experience 
  • Strong Blue Sky research skills
  • Experience with entity formation and qualification
  • Real estate closing experience a plus

Preferred Requirements:
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Large firm experience 

What will your day look like?
A typical day will consist of preparing and filing Articles of Incorporation / Organization, state qualifications, and organizational and related documents. In addition, you will file Amendments, prepare merger documents, UCC searches and filings, and prepare and file annual reports in states where corporations are incorporated and/or qualified to do business. You will also be responsible for blue sky filings for private placements and Regulation A offerings. In addition, you will assist with real estate and financing closings.
