Your responsibilities will include assisting attorneys with reviewing and downloading court documents and Bankruptcy filings with courts as well as drafting notices, proposed orders, affidavits, fee applications, proofs of claim, petitions, schedules and statements; efiling and organizing service and delivery of signature copies to chambers.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- 8 years Paralegal experience with 3 of those years in Bankruptcy
- Experience in a law firm, legal department or professional services organization
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with legal software such as Relativity and Westlaw
Preferred Requirements:
- E-Filing experience with Bankruptcy and U.S District Court
- Experience using Pacer and Courtlink
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
