Sr Pitch & Proposal Coordinator

What will your day look like?
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the firm in securing new business opportunities through the development of complaint, timely, best-in-class, and client-centric formal RFP and pitch responses. You will coordinator the pitch and proposal lifecycle from start to finish, providing clear guidance on RFP responses, proposals, and pitches. You will organize and initiate strategy calls, determine response requirements, and organize all information discussed. You will additionally identify, create, and update information that differentiates DLA Piper from its competitors, including clearly articulated value propositions, win themes, and client-centric benefits. As needed, you will assist in the creation of new content and conduct quality control on the delivery of responses.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 years’ project/production experience to include management of pitches & proposals in a professional services environment
- Database experience, knowledge of management systems, and presentation software
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to recommend and implement solutions
- Ability to maintain collaborative relationships with all levels of staff, including partners and client development executives
