Your responsibilities will include a broad range of administrative duties, including but not limited to, preparing, editing, and proofreading a variety of documents (spreadsheets, agreements, correspondence and presentations). You will execute tasks related to attorney time entry and billing, maintaining calendars, new business intake requests, and general file organization and maintenance.

- High school diploma
- 2 years of administrative/clerical experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate level skills in MS Word
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or some college coursework
- Experience in a law firm environment supporting corporate practice group
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with large complicated documents which require advanced formatting
