Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator
Minimum Requirements:
What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for coordinating and gathering quantitative data in order to complete survey requests from clients, legal organizations, firm attorneys, and managers. You will also coordinate logistics for the firm’s diversity pipeline programs, as well as the firm’s participation in national and regional diversity conferences, dinners, and other related events. You will collaborate with the Diversity & Inclusion team to facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives firm wide.
You will maintain ownership of the D&I internal and external websites, ensuring content is relevant. You will assist in creating clear, action-driven plans to achieve the team’s goals. As a coordinator, you will collaborate with various teams to manage and draft materials, invitations, and announcements needed for various diversity projects and events. You will analyze post-initiative feedback to identify areas for improvement, sharing recommendations and next steps to the D&I Team.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years’ experience working with large volumes of data and reports in a large corporate or legal environment
- Experience compiling, reviewing, and reporting data to national surveys
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong data analysis and communication skills
- Detail-orientated
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
