Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree
- 5 years recruiting or equivalent experience in a large law firm, professional services, or other similar environments
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- General knowledge and understanding of US Visa process and requirements
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and tactfully
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects
- Ability to treat confidential information in a professional manner
- Thorough knowledge of NALP’s principles and standards
What will your day look like?
In collaboration with and in support of the Firm’s strategic initiatives, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective processes for recruiting and hiring talented experienced lawyers, including partners. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining the Firm’s recruiting brand by creating an exceptional candidate experience. You will connect with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop a corresponding sourcing strategy. You will assess candidates through various processes to determine skill set, experience, and capabilities. You also will develop recruitment-related programs and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to partner with other business professionals throughout the firm on various recruitment-related projects.
